About The Trauma Healer Channel

We all have some form of trauma as human beings. This Youtube channel is a channel I created to help myself and others heal from trauma through music, meditation, and mindfulness pactices.

Love & Happiness - 10 Minute Meditation Music

The Trauma Healer loves you and you will feel the love through this original calming and relaxing mediation music. This track uses a 174hz sine wave frequency which can overtime, significantly reduce emotional and physical pain. It has worked on the Trauma Healer and is a common practice among many people throughout time. Love is pain free. Love is always the right the answer. Music is love. Love is our frequency. Let us all vibrate in harmony together.

Be safe:

Find a comfortable place to lay flat. A bed, a couch, the floor, whatever space you have will work. Make sure it's a safe place and please let others know around you that you do not wish to be disturbed for 10 minutes.

How to use this meditation:

To achieve maximum benefits, listen frequently at a low / medium volume setting. Recommended listening: Daily for 21 days to 3 months.

Let go of your past. Let go of your trauma. Rewire your brain. Believe in yourself. Believe in positivity. Healing will take time... we will be here for you.

Recovering from trauma takes time, and everyone heals at their own pace. But if months have passed and your symptoms aren't letting up, you may need professional help from a trauma expert. Seek help for trauma if you're: Having trouble functioning at home or work.
