We all have some form of trauma as human beings. This Youtube channel is a channel I created to help myself and others heal from trauma through music, meditation, and mindfulness pactices.
The power of the 417hz frequency is incredible. The Trauma Healer invites you to let go of negative thoughts and believes of others and yourself. Embrace positivity as a choice. Embrace positive energy to fill your mind, body, and spirit. Let this 10 minute meditation sooth your negative thoughts. Through every inhale, breathe in positivity. Every exhale, push out negative energy. Repeat throughout the day and train your thought patterns to become positive, healthy, and happy. Life should be enjoyed through a positive lens, not distorted through a negative lens. Believe in positivity!
Find a comfortable place to lay flat. A bed, a couch, the floor, whatever space you have will work. Make sure it's a safe place and please let others know around you that you do not wish to be disturbed for 10 minutes.
To achieve maximum benefits, listen frequently at a low / medium volume setting. Recommended listening: Daily for 21 days to 3 months.
Let go of your past. Let go of your trauma. Rewire your brain. Believe in yourself. Believe in positivity. Healing will take time... we will be here for you.
