We all have some form of trauma as human beings. This Youtube channel is a channel I created to help myself and others heal from trauma through music, meditation, and mindfulness pactices.
In this video, the Trauma Healer explores using the 852 Hz frequency to help replace negative thoughts with positive ones, making it ideal when nervousness or anxiety is bringing you down. The 852hz frequency also aids in awakening intuition and inner strength.
The 852 hz frequency can be heard as a continuous sine wave buried ever so slightly beneath the main chords. You will find it calming, pleasant, and uplifting as you cleanse your negative thoughts away and replace them with positive thoughts.
Find a comfortable place to lay flat. A bed, a couch, the floor, whatever space you have will work. Make sure it's a safe place and please let others know around you that you do not wish to be disturbed for 10 minutes.
To achieve maximum benefits, listen frequently at a low / medium volume setting. Recommended listening: Daily for 21 days to 3 months.
Let go of your past. Let go of your trauma. Rewire your brain. Believe in yourself. Believe in positivity. Healing will take time... we will be here for you.
